What Steve Jobs forgot to Announce last week

June 16, 2008 / by bobski

As all the dorks got over excited about the annoucement of the flush headphone jack on the new iPhone, Steve Jobs got such a collective geek woody from the whoops and hollars for a feature the iPhone should have already had, that he totally forgot to announce the next Apple innovation which has been in the works since 2002. Thankfully I have been able to aquire a preview release of this device, and of course I am talking of nothing less than the Macrowave!

It slices and dices, and arranges your food nicely on the plate. It can alter flavour of certain dishes within reason and powered by the latest point release of OS 10.5 it can connect to any WiFi hotspot to download and share recipies.

However as it turns out, it sort of blows at cooking throughly, usually leaving things unevenly heated with cold spots right in the most delicious looking part. At least it has a flush headphone jack.

Preview release? Where've you been? The 8tb version solves that cold spot problem. But it will flip all the circuitbreakers in your house. With a separate power supply for it, I sync'd it with my TV and downloaded chicken off an Olive Garden commercial. It was pretty good.
